Hashbrown Casserole

I have made the full-fat version of this for years, which also includes practically a whole stick of butter and about 4 cups of cheese... but not this year!

Hashbrown Casserole
12 servings/3 points

1 small onion, diced
1 c. 2% cheddar cheese
2 tbsp margarine
1/2 tsp black pepper
32 oz frozen hash browns, thawed
16 oz fat free sour cream
1 (10 oz) can 98% FF cream of chicken soup

Combine all ingredients and pour in a 13x9 baking dish sprayed w/cooking spray. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees
