Two in one week?!

Yes, friends, two entries from yours truly in only one week! Gotta get back in the blogging habit!

I had my WI today, I lost 2.6, which means I lost what I gained last week, and then some. My current weight is 301.4 so maybe, just MAYBE, next week I'll see a 2 in front of my weight.

I ate like crap today. When I'm unable to go to my usual evening meeting, I go to the 10am meeting b/c I like my leader, and she is at that one too. But, the usually means that I tend to eat like crap the rest of the day--you know, cuz the weigh in is over... even though that shouldn't matter. I guess I didn't really eat like crap... I budgeted my points for it, but I ate out twice, and I just hate doing that. I had grilled chicken & ice cream for lunch, then pizza for dinner... but I got olives, mushroom, and tomatoes on it, so at least that much was good.

My goals for this coming week are to exercise 3 times, journal everything I eat, and drink all my water for at least 6 of the 7 days. I also need to get back in the habit of finding & trying new recipes... I was on a roll there for awhile, hence the development of this blog, but then I just kind of stopped.

I love your blog...I'm new to blog reading, but I intend to read yours often!!! Way to go! I started my weight loss journey in May...it's not easy! I've dropped from 450 to 359...You're doing EVERYTHING right and the blog is awesome! Keep it up, sweetheart! Kristin

Keep it up and you'll for sure see a "2" next week!!!! I need to start writing out mini-goals for each day and week. I see a lot of people doing it and they seem to be having success. I, on the other hand, have no real plan for each day and subsequently, end up usually just hovering within about the same 10 pounds, year after year. Hmmmmmm, you might be onto something!!!!

well done on the loss! Yeah, it's easy to slip when you haven't got weigh in looming and you know that you are the furthest point possible from the next one.

great job!! That is still a loss, and a good loss at that.

That 2 will be there soon. I saw the 80s and then went back to the 90s. So I feel your pain, but you will get there. I have seen you start this thing and I will see you end it!

If I may say one thing as an ex WW who made all the mistakes, dont fall into that trap of eating really well or nothing before a weigh in and then splurging because that never leads to anything good. I used to do that. You have to treat every day as weigh in day.
