Well, it is unavoidable that we will all have weeks where we either gain, don't lose at all, or don't lose much. This was my week, and I was expecting it. I did end up losing .6 which brings me to 313.0
Something was just "off" this week. I haven't really pinpointed exactly what it was, I think I was just a little tired of the required effort. I've done a lot of reflection in the past few days though, and I know that the effort will be forever required. There will be off weeks like this, yes... but honestly, I still lost, so this wasn't a bad week. The scale is showing smaller numbers every week... and that's all I can ask!

that is still wonderful though, so dont let it discourage you or break your focus. It is coming off, that is all that matters.
You stil lost but I TOTALLY know where you're coming from. It's a little down slump where you're just tired of thinking and living weight loss! It goes in spurts. Just keep your chin up long enough for that easy going feeling to come back and you'll be just fine.
You definitely lost weight this week - that's what matters!
Best wishes for next week,

As you keep losing, you get this introspection going where you start realizing that it has to be your life from here on and it gets easier at that point. I am so PROUD of you for losing again and I look forward to seeing you next week, take care!
Remember you still lost...you're still headed in the right direction! I so get how your feeling. Loosing weight is so much harder than gaining it! When I was gaining, I was oblivious to what I was doing. I didn't have to think about anything except for which value meal I was going to order at McDonalds. But look where that got me! The goal is to make healthy choices a part of my normal life. It will get easier!
Yes, this is a long-term battle so there will always be bad weeks. The important thing is to stay focused on your goals and get back on track. Any loss is a good thing! :-)

You definitely have the right attitude, that's for sure. Good job on the loss (no matter what the number) and good luck this week.
Maybe you could use a little B12 or other supplement to help your energy levels. Be kind to yourself
