Tonight was my weigh-in at WW. I was down 1.2 pounds, for a total of 15.8 lost so far. That is just about 2 pounds per week, which is absolutely the results that I like to see! My goal is 10 pounds per month, for now, and right now, I'm right on track. That amount of weight won't happen in a few months, when I've got less to lose, but right now, I think it's definately a doable goal.
I'm not going to lie. I did horribly with exercise this week. I honestly don't know that I will ever enjoy it... but I know that I will enjoy the results I see because of it. I only walked 2 days this week, and didn't go to the gym, or do my BL dvd even once. My goal for this week is to exercise 4 times.
I started taking a daily vitamin this past week, and I really do feel like I've got more energy. I take it at night when I take my BC pill, so I don't ever forget it. I also did much better with my water this week. I didn't drink 8 glasses every day, but I'd say I did it for at least 5 days.
My goals for this coming week include my exercise x 4, water EVERY day, and to eat more fruits/veggies. They are one thing I often let slide.
I may have a somewhat challenging weekend. I am going on a little mini-trip to a state park on Saturday/Sunday. Breakfast Saturday I will have before I leave. Then lunch & dinner both will be meals out. I will just have to make good choices and stick to my plan. I am also going to bring some granola bars, 100 cal packs, or fruit with me to have as snacks and breakfast on Sunday. We will be doing a lot of hiking on Saturday, so I'll get good exercise in then, which I'm excited about. There will always be challenges though, for the rest of my life, so just keeping my focus & sticking to my plan is what the answer is going to be!

great job! I am glad you are on track with your weight loss. I am slipping each week further behind because I am so slow. Enjoy it! Plan plan plan and you will be able to enjoy your trip on the weekend and not go off plan. Drink lots of water (which I am sure you will do since you will be enjoying activities).
Well done! This is a very good loss. 10lbs per month is very doable and realistic. You have the right attitude and you inspire me daily!
Oh, you're doing so well. You're on schedule, you're not doing a crash thing trying to lose too fast, and that means you'll have less problem with the saggy skin issue, ya know?
Have a wonderful trip!

You're doing great so far on your journey!
The upcoming weekend sounds like fun, and you have it planned food-wise quite a bit, just make the healthy choices when dining out and you will be fine!
Good for you! 2 lbs a week is a great pace!
that's fantastic about the loss! great job!
I am at about the same rate of loss as you are and it's comfortable for me too. I know that I can skip a workout if I want and it doesn't trip me up, but too much more than one can turn my progress back. I hope that your schedule lets the workout back in.
You're doing great!! As long as your focus stays on LIVING HEALTHY rather than "dieting," you shouldn't have a problem on your little holiday. You can do this! Have a great weekend!!
Great job with the weight loss.

Yay, congrats on the loss girl!
The exercise thing - I was you. I thought that I'd be forever hating every single moment of it and fighting through it every time. Not fun. And what happened with me was when I got hurt I was unable to exercise at all and throughout my recovery I lost a ton of weight and now that I'm able to exercise again I was expecting it to be brutal like before and it's NOT the case at all. I'm doing the treadmill now, actually running and smiling at the same time. There's such a freedom to it and it's so liberating! That will be you someday too. :-)
Great job!! You have an awesome attitude that will give you the winning edge!
Congrats on the weight loss! You are doing so well, Teale! What an inspiration you are! :)
Exercise is my sticking point, too. You can do it! Good luck this week!
I followed you back to your blog, and have read through your back posts. I'm very impressed with how well you've done, and how you've made some excellent choices in tough situations. I am also definitely going to try out some of your recipes.
Thank you for the kind comments on my blog, and for adding me to your links :)
