Tonight I had my week 3 weigh in. And I was down another 1.4 pounds! That makes 7 total in 3 weeks. It's slower progress than I had the first time on WW (Lost 6.4 the first week alone that time!), but, a loss is a loss, and I am very happy with it! I'm going to try to start walking 5 days a week. I have a gym membership, but too much at once, and I get burnt out & just stop going... so, baby steps w/the exercise this time around!

Plus, you have all winter to go to the gym....i wish i was there or you were here, bc i love going for walks, theyre just better with someone! Good weight loss!
